Returns are free. you just need to contact us via email and return your unused goods putting the prepaid self-adhesive return label on the parcel that your order arrived in. We’ll return your money when the goods has been returned to our warehouse.

Step-by-step return guide

1. contact us via email and provide detail of your purchase 🙂 .
2. Put unused goods in the parcel that your order arrived in and seal it.
3. Put the return address label on the parcel. Have some coffee.
4. Take the parcel to a convenient parcel shop of your choice and let them do their thing – they love this stuff.
5. Done! We’ll refund you when the parcel has reached our warehouse. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.
